Our project managers and engineers are fully conversant with the latest Railway Group Standards and industry legislation. Where engineering approval is a requirement, a design partner will be appointed to complete the team.

Our staff are available to work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and can execute services at either the customer’s facilities or off-site. When working at third-party locations, our teams always comply with proprietary depot processes and procedures. Programme performance is assured and underpinned by our fully integrated, web based project management system which is accessible to both our senior management team and the customer. The project management system is part of a suite of processes and procedures which control all aspects of delivery from the supply chain to Health & Safety and competency management. The business drives continuous improvement through return on experience and the capture of lessons learnt from previous projects.
